The purpose of Residents Encounter Christ (REC) Outreach is to establish new Residents Encounter Christ communities. REC communities organize three day evangelistic retreats held in county jails. Over the course of the weekend, the focus is to share the love and grace of Jesus Christ with residents. This is done through talks, table discussions, times of worship, prayer and communion.

These communities bring our essential belief that everyone needs a relationship with Jesus Christ to men and women who are incarcerated in jails.
